Paper & file storage has not changed much over a decade. Most companies still use conventional methods such as filing cabinets & cupboards.

With the introduction of certain legislation increased pressure has been placed on certain professions such as Solicitors & Accountants to ensure paperwork is retained for longer.

In conventional terms, this can be broken down into two main areas.

  • Filing Cabinets
  • Cupboards

Filing cabinets have been with us since paper was first invented. It is convenient, easy to use and in most cases reliable

With the advent of the cupboard, it utilised "filing inches" far more efficiently and economically.

A simple comparison would be that a 6-foot cupboard can hold the equivalent of approximately 2½ four drawer filing cabinets. This provides cost savings and space efficiency.
